The Senate is the elected representative body for the Student Bar Association. It operates under the Bylaws and the SBA Standing Rules. The Standing Rules are flexible guidelines for the administration of the Senate, its finances, and its policy.

The Bylaws listed below are those adopted in Fall 2003. The prior version of the Bylaws passed in 1999 is archived below the current version. The Senate is currently governed by the 2003 Bylaws.
