About Us

ILS is a group of hard-working students and faculty who desire to make a difference internationally. We have contacts across Eastern and Western Europe, Central and South America, Africa and Asia. Many of the students and faculty have traveled, studied, lived, or worked overseas. In the past, we have reached out to communities in India, Romania, Guatemala, Honduras, etc., and we hope to extend those contacts even further.

ILS participates in an equity in developing countries project in Péten, Guatemala, we ship legal texts to schools in developing countries, and we have joined in helping people addressing the military environmental concerns in both Vieques and Okinawa.
