Yes, there really are people at Vermont Law
School who don’t plan to practice environmental law. VLS lacks extensive sports and entertainment
law resources, so we’re here to help. Below you’ll find news; a listing of
relevant courses offered here; sports and entertainment law summer programs;
events; our meeting times, and other items of interest.
Happy baseball
season! We’re currently trying to put together a sports and entertainment law
symposium. It’s looking like spring or fall of 2009. If anyone has any ideas,
email one of the co-chairs.
Also, if anyone would like to lead a meeting
or has a particular aspect of sports and entertainment law they’d like to
explore in depth, send an email.
Professor Michael McCann will join the VLS
faculty in the Spring Semester of 2009. Professor McCann is a nationally
